Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • • Service cancellation within 48 hours of project commencement
  • • Failure to deliver agreed-upon services within the specified timeline
  • • Material breach of contract terms by Premier Works

Refund Timeline

Initial Consultation: Full refund available within 24 hours if no work has commenced.

Project Work: Partial refunds may be available based on work completed, evaluated within 7 business days of request.

Completed Projects: No refunds available once final deliverables have been provided and approved.

  • • Your project details and invoice number
  • • Reason for refund request
  • • Supporting documentation if applicable

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
